Winter is here so I went skiing. I’d like to setup a Team Ski Clinic soon — look for this after Thanksgiving, either at Bachelor or one of the sno parks.

Some of us have begun lifting over at the main TAI Clinic. We’re meeting Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm for legs, upper body and core work. A group of 3-6 is ideal… I’ll plan on hitting each Tuesday and Thursday during November. The space is large and the machines are great.
