TAI training sessions
Some of us have begun lifting over at the main TAI Clinic. We’re meeting Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm for legs, upper body and core work. A group of 3-6 is ideal… I’ll plan on hitting each Tuesday and Thursday during November. The space is large and the machines are great.
It might look funny but it makes you sore.
Teammates interested in a specific plan should come, see what exercises we’re doing, and we’ll help you build it.
Later in November and into December, I’d like to put on some Nordic Ski Clinics for our riders. Lots of us ski but it’d be fun to make some effort to go as a team every now and then. It’ll help tremendously with enjoying the winter and all the Portland guys will be jealous… or they can come, too. I’ll be teaching the Stevenson Youth Program this winter, so I can meet people afterward on Saturdays and Sundays or we can go in the dark on weekdays.
In the meantime, the mountain biking is excellent right now, with little standing water but with grip that we haven’t had in 6 months.
