Some of us on the TAI Cycling Team are also on XC Oregon, which is a national caliber nordic ski team based here in Bend with John “JD” Downing as our coach. His wife runs the physio lab at COCC so many of you on the team have met Julie. XC Oregon recently had a 1000km ski day on Dec. 2 to raise awareness of teen obesity and other health issues related to inactivity. The really exciting news is the great results that XC Oregon skiers have been racking up across the US in the early part of this season.
